Sales and Reservation Policy
Goats available for sale may be reserved by contacting Whitbred Goats. To reserve a goat we ask a $30 deposit on pet wethers and a $100 deposit on registered animals after birth to confirm reservation. In most cases, once a deposit is paid, the deposit will be forfeited if the buyer backs out of the sale.** Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis.
If you would like an animal shipped via airplane we are willing to do this. Please know that you are looking at approximately $320 for airline shipping, plus the cost of a crate and health certificate, in addition to the cost of the animal.
Kids will be available to leave at 8 to 10 weeks of age in most circumstances. First shots will be given prior to departure. Animals sold as wethers will be elastrated before departure. All kids will be disbudded and registered animals tattooed.
Occasionally we will consider selling an animal not listed for sale. If you are interested in a particular animal, please contact us so we are aware of your interest.
The balance of payment will be due at the time your goat is ready to leave and must be paid in full at time of pick-up or shipping. All shipping costs (transportation, heath certificates, testing, crates etc.) are the buyers responsibility.
Discounts:
Discounts are available for purchasing mulitple animals. Discounts and incentives are available to registered 4Hers purchasing their own animal.
